3. When a refund can be considered

A refund can be considered if the service does not work at all on compatible devices and our technical team is unable to solve the problem within a reasonable time after full troubleshooting. A refund can also be considered in case of double payment or another documented payment error.

4. Cases where refunds are normally not given

Refunds are normally not given if you change your mind after activation, for problems related to your own internet connection, incompatibility with devices not listed as compatible, breach of terms and conditions, misuse of the service, or requests submitted too late after purchase.
